Placing Your Order

 

Call or Fax us at (256) 746-1989. Email us at ggourmetcatering@aol.com

 

Emailed or faxed will be confirmed by via fax or email.  If you do not receive confirmation by noon, the next day please call (256)746-1989.

 

Due to required preparation time and to insure the highest food quality, please place your orders at least 72 hours before the date of your function.  For larger events during holiday periods, please allow 7 day notice.

 

Food and Beverage prices are subject to sales tax, delivery charge and are subject to change based on seasonal market fluctuations.

 

Because of delivery schedules, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure your choice of delivery time.

 

DELIVERY HOURS

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

 

We provide delivery service five days a week with-in the Madison County areas.  Delivery is also available to other areas for an additional charge.

 

We recommend you schedule your delivery time a minimum 1 hour prior to your planned serving time. Please factor in the time it will take to access the location of your event (such as deck waiting time, security check-in, etc.) and the time it will take our service personnel to set-up your order.

 

If we are dropping off equipment that needs to be picked up, we will make arrangements for a scheduled pick-up date.  If the equipment  is not ready when our representative arrives we will have to charge an additional pick-up fee to come back.  Please ask your sales representative for applicable fees.

 

ORDER CHANGES

 

We understand you may need to change or even cancel your order. 

Please follow these guidelines:

Additions-- requires 18 hour notice                 

Decreases--requires 36 hours notice    

Cancellation--requires 36 hour notice. 

 

If you notify us at least 36 hours in advance there is no charge.  If cancelled after that time we require full payment for the order.

DEPOSITS

For events over $500, a 50% deposit may be requested for confirmation.

 

PRESENTATION AND SET-UP

Chilled and room temperature food is presented on black plastic ware.  Hot food is delivered in disposable pans.  Chafing dish set-up is available for $15.  All orders include paper products and serving utensils.  At your request, we will gladly set up your order.
